Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving at Grandpa Ralph's in Viola. Highlights included picking and eating raw turnips, riding tractors, running races with all the cousins, wading into the pond (yes, fully clothed), watching the crazy great-aunts leg wrestling, and riding the chuck wagon. Here are a few pictures of the picking and eating turnips, tractor and running (everything else kept us too occupied to take pictures) . . .

Library Wednesday - Pajama Day!

We have such a great time each week at the library. Today was pajama day, so I thought I'd share some pictures. Theron got to play on the slide with our next-door neighbor Abby, see the choo-choo train (working today!) and then enjoyed story time. The final song they end each day with is Skinamarink and I caught the last few verses on video. Lila is on the left, then Barron and Theron.

Adalyn's Travel Bed

Theron is fascinated by Adalyn's travel bed. Since she wasn't here today, I let him play with it this morning. Discovering the zipper and playing with it occupied him for a good twenty minutes. Then, he decided he'd push it over onto the ground so he could get in it and play! Guess I'll really have to be watching the next time I put her in it . . .

Couldn't resist taking the boys (Aidan & Theron's) pics together. In case you can't read them, their shirts say e=mc2 I'm the smart one. I think they're both pretty smart cookies. Lexi too, doesn't she take a sweet picture? Guess what they're doing this afternoon . . . playing Wii . . . again :)

Halloween Night

Theron had a great Halloween. We started the day off by keeping Adalyn. She had a blast watching him take a bath and act goofy. She was cooing and playing and barely fussed at all! We fixed Halloween bags for Lexi and Aidan and got them from school. After Daddy got off work, we headed out for trick or treating. With Barron, we went to NeNe and Gramps' house and played with the tractor and digger for a while. Then, we went over to the Suttons with Princess Eden and Pirate Lila. Next we headed to Granny's house where our basket was again filled with candy and Theron got two balls! We walked with Granny down to Grandma and Pappaw's house and finished up our trick-or-treating . . . and had a snack of bananas and Spongebob fruit snacks. He played drums for a while, rode in the airplane and played with the monkeys. Finally, we headed back home to put on our p.j.'s and T-Mac went back to Gramps and NeNe's and spent the night!
