Mini-Moshers

The Daddies played last night at Cafe Buono. Carter and Theron decided they wanted to be part of the entertainment too. They moshed for a while and generally ran wild while we tried to keep them off the stage. Here's a video of their performance . . .

Playing at Jack's

We had a blast on Thursday playing at Jack's house. The kids really enjoyed the swingset and Jack's little car outside and riding his horse inside!

18 Month Old Medalist

We've been watching the Olympics almost every night and Theron decided he needed to have a medal too. At 18 months, he could compete in Climbing, Running Away When Nekkid, and Fastest Disorganizer. He recently discovered my stash of diaper cake supplies and had his own ribbon ceremony. (No pics of this, I'm still respooling ribbon.) Happy 1 1/2 Birthday Theron!

Chuck E. Cheese

We had a ball today playing with Lexi and Aidan at Chuck E. Cheese. It was definately worth a token to get this picture of Lex and T-Mac together. She is so good to him and wanted to give him tokens so he could ride the carousel and Bob the Builder ride. She and Aidan even rode the carousel with him! They had a blast . . . so did we :)

Sing it Baby!

This morning, perhaps inspired by his shirt, Theron decided to sing along to our radio (he loves turning it on!). He found a microphone underneath my bathroom sink. Guess he sees Aaron with a mike more than me with a curling iron!

Tricked-out Potty

Okay, so we decided it was time for T-Mac to get a potty chair. He is really interested in it right now and always wants to do the flush. Be prepared if you are visiting our house, he assumes he has the right to go in with you to the bathroom. He played with chair yesterday afternoon long enough for me to wonder why I thought a musical potty chair was a good idea.

This morning, after taking his bath, he said, "Pee-pee n potty" several times. Okay, I thought. He probably doesn't mean it, but we'll give it a try. Before I could help him, he did pee, told himself "Good job" and clapped. Unfortunately, he did the deed right beside the potty -- on my rug. (Sigh. . . ) I knew it wouldn't be that easy . . .
